Located closest to the neighboring Barefoot Beach Bar, Cabana #8 offers direct beachfront access and a lively setting. Music and bar-related noise can be heard inside the cabana during nighttime hours and may continue late into the night.

Best suited for guests who enjoy nearby nightlife and are comfortable with nighttime music.

Beachfront Cabana #6 – Steps from the Caribbean Sea

Enjoy a beachfront location with easy access to the sand and sea. Cabana #6 is farther from the neighboring bar than Cabana #8, with some buffering provided by the building's position. However, music and nighttime entertainment can still be heard.

Best suited for guests seeking a beachfront stay who are comfortable with the surrounding village nightlife.

Ocean View Cabana #5 – A Glimpse of the Caribbean

Located toward the middle of the property, Cabana #5 offers partial ocean views and convenient beach access. Surrounding buildings and fencing provide some separation from the neighboring bar, although nighttime music may still be audible.

Best suited for guests who appreciate a partial ocean view and a central property location.

Duplex Cabanas #3 & #4 – Your Placencia Village Getaway

These accommodations are positioned farther inland within our property, away from the immediate beachfront. They provide convenient access to the garden, beach, and village attractions.

While their location offers greater separation from the neighboring beach bar, music may still be heard during nighttime hours.

Best suited for guests who value convenience and easy access to Placencia's local attractions.

Second-Floor Guesthouse #7 – An Elevated Village Stay

Located in the building nearest our inland property entrance, Guesthouse #7 offers an elevated accommodation option with convenient access to the property and beach.

Its location provides greater separation from the neighboring beach bar than our beachfront cabanas, but nighttime music may still be heard.

Best suited for guests who prefer an upstairs accommodation and easy access to the village.

Placencia Village is known for its beautiful beaches, friendly atmosphere, restaurants, and local entertainment. Julia's is located beside Barefoot Beach Bar, a popular beachfront establishment. Depending on the evening's activities, guests may hear music, conversations, and other entertainment-related sounds inside their accommodations, sometimes late into the night.

If you are a light sleeper, sensitive to music, or seeking a completely quiet nighttime retreat, please carefully consider our location before making a reservation.

• Seasonal Exclusion (August 1 – October 31): This offer is not valid for reservations that include any overnight stay between August 1 and October 31, inclusive.
