We offer two price options with and without air conditioning. The images for each unit are shown below. Each cabana/room comes equipped with a security safe, wifi, AC, bed linens, towels, kitchenette (mini-fridge, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, limited dinnerwear, and some units a stove). Cleaning during your stay is for an additional charge based on the cleaning fee stated below. 20 days or more stay you can get a 12% discounted rate.
The month-to-month lease option is for those interested in a minimum of 3 or more months and a lease agreement must be signed. Included in Month-to-Month Rental cost: electricity, water, garbage disposal, and gas range stove (you must purchase your own connector and gas tank).
